Excellence in People Management Awards

We’re proud to have been named winner of the Bronze Award at the PPMA Excellence in People Management Awards 2024. In addition, we were also winners of the PPMA Award for best Learning & Development for our internal Getting Leadership Right management programme

The programme has been recognized for its contribution to service delivery and enhancing the skills, experience, and approach of individuals, teams, and our wider workforce.

The "Getting Leadership Right" programme was designed to enable strong, resilient, and agile leaders to meet challenges head-on, with a whole organisation approach needed to tackle these challenges.   A massive well done to our team and all involved in the project.
