Join us for a day of breadmaking. You'll make savoury and sweet loaves and find out how easy it is to make your own delicious bread at home. One of the loaves will be baked in the Bailiff’s Cottage’s original wood-fired oven - an experience not to be missed. You take home all of your loaves and a 20-page recipe booklet packed with advice.

Tutor: Kath Corfield

Kath runs her own cookery school ‘Veg Patch Kitchen’. She's passionate about bread making and baking and loves to cook with homegrown and local ingredients. A respected food blogger, Kath has kept a blog since 2009.
