Our Citizen Access system for Benefits and Council Tax will be unavailable from 8pm on 20 February until 9am on 26 February. You can however still contact us via email, e-form or by phone to:

• Check the council tax band or rateable value of properties within the local authority
• Apply to pay your council tax by direct debit or change your bank details
• Apply for or cancel a single person's discount

You can also still use our payment pages to make a council tax payment.
