
Once you are a member of the Shropshire People’s Panel you will have the opportunity to become a mystery customer. To apply to become a People’s Panel member please follow the link to the page ‘Shropshire People’s Panel’.
As a mystery customer you will help to evaluate, measure and report on our customer service standards by acting as if you were a real customer. You can do this in a variety of ways including making a telephone call, emailing, writing a letter to us, using our website or visiting a local office.
How do I become a mystery customer?
When we need someone in your area who matches your profile, we will contact you to explain the mystery shopping project and check that you are free to complete the activity within the specified timeframe. No previous mystery customer experience is needed as training (lasting 1-2 hours) is provided.
