What is the role of the Early Help Stakeholders Group?
This is a multi-agency group responsible for coordinating and evaluating auditing activity, performance outcomes and service user feedback. It monitors the quality of early help assessments through effective audit arrangements and developing quality standards. The work of this group is used to inform learning and workforce development.
How are cases quality assured?
Cases are quality assured through the Early Help Stakeholders Group by a group of practitioners from a range of agencies. Internal audits of ECINS will also be conducted.
