Over the years, Enable has built up strong links with both large and small companies throughout the County and has an excellent track record of finding jobs with supportive employers.

Replacing formal interviews with work trials, “carving” customised jobs from within existing roles or unmet employer needs, reviewing maternity and part time posts and the use of agency staff are all ways of creating flexible employment opportunities.

Enable can also provide job coaching support to help a person learn their new role. A Job Coach provides a valuable link for the employer, making sure any concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently.
