Introduction
Under the Licensing Act 2003 we're responsible for granting premises licences, club premises certificates, temporary event notices and personal licences in the county of Shropshire (excluding Telford and Wrekin) in relation to:
- The sale by retail of alcohol
- The supply of alcohol by or on behalf of clubs
- The provision of regulated entertainment
- The provision of late night refreshment.
