Trade waivers
Open an account to receive a PIN number for ease of accessibility for future transactions with MiPermit, and any of their local authority clients.
Apply by phone
Call 0345 520 7007 to obtain a trade waiver permit. Telephone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm; Saturday 8am to 4pm and on bank holidays 8am to 4pm.
When a waiver has been confirmed and issued, it will be activated for the date/s requested. Trades persons waivers are digital permits, civil enforcement officers will be able to digitally verify your permit via their hand held devices.
Health professional waivers
Complete the application form and post it with payment and documentary proof of your eligibility to Shropshire Parking Service. We'll contact you if there's a problem or if we need further details. The waiver will be posted to the home address specified on the application form. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'Shropshire Council'.
Peripatetic activities waiver (eg window cleaning, chimney sweeps)
Complete the application form and post it with payment and documentary proof of your eligibility to Shropshire Parking Service. We'll contact you if there's a problem or if we need further details. The waiver will be posted to the home address specified on the application form. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to 'Shropshire Council'.
A waiver must be displayed clearly in the windscreen of the specified vehicle so that all details can be read from the outside. A penalty charge notice may be issued if the waiver is defaced, mutilated, copied or added to in any way, or if it's not clearly displayed.
