Our monthly online check may have shown a discrepancy within your free meal claim. In this case we would write to you requesting further proof of your free school meal qualifying benefit. If we do not receive a response to our letter by the requested date, your award will be cancelled, and another letter will be sent to you advising you of the free school meal cancellation.

There may be other reasons why your free meals have been cancelled. If you are in any doubt at all please contact the Free School Meals team.
