Our monthly online check may have shown a discrepancy within your free meal claim. In this case we would write to you requesting further proof of your free school meal qualifying benefit. If we do not receive a response to our letter by the requested date, your award will be cancelled, and another letter will be sent to you advising you of the free school meal cancellation.
