Renew your Bus Pass

If you're aged 60 or over and your current bus pass is due to expire, you will need to apply for a new one.

Renewals are free but you must apply in the month shown in the table below so that we can get your new card back to you in time.

If you have a disabled bus pass you do not need to renew it by these dates. However, your pass will have an expiry date on it.

To renew your disabled bus pass you must apply at one of our customer service points. Please view 'How to apply' for details.

How can I renew my Over 60's bus pass?

You can renew your Over 60's bus pass by printing and completing the renewal form linked to this page.

You can drop the completed form into a council office or customer service point, or post the form back to us and we will do the rest.

If you are unable to print the attached form, paper copies are available from your local library, council office or customer service point.
