Please download the relevant form and email us with an accompanying set of existing and proposed plans and a building specification. There will be a charge to pay (which will be confirmed on receipt of your application).

Frequently asked questions

How long does the full plans approval process take? 

The full plans approval process typically takes up to five weeks, depending on the complexity of your project.  

Can I start work before getting approval? 

Starting work before receiving approval isn't advised but it's all at your own risk. 

What if my full plans application is rejected? 

If your application is rejected, we'll provide feedback and work with you to make the necessary changes for a resubmission, and an additional fee might be requested.
