9. 2009 Annual Assembly of Standards Committees
Members are asked to note that 5 places have been reserved at the next Annual Assembly which is due to be held in Birmingham on 12-13th October 2009 and to determine the Council's representatives at this event.
It is suggested that the representatives should be:
1xIndependent member (Chair/Vice Chair); 1x Unitary Council member; 1x Parish Council Member and the Monitoring Officer and a Solicitor.
10. Membership of the Association of Independent Members of the Standards Committees in England
To consider whether the Council should fund the cost membership of this organisation for one or more of the independent members of the Committee.
11. Draft Pamphlet - Shropshire Council's Standards Committee
To consider the draft pamphlet on this subject attached.
