6. Feedback from the Local Joint Committee held on 8 October 2009. A copy of the Comments, Questions and Suggestions made at the meeting together with a note of the action taken will be circulated at the meeting.ched.
A written question has also been received from Mr Rod Smith on an issue that was raised on 8 October conderning the missing 50m stretch of footpath on the east side of Elm Road, Albrighton (copy attached). The question raised has been dealt with in the Comments, Questions and Suggestions paper.

9. As part of the Council's budget consultation process to receive a presentation from Laura Rowley, Director of Resources, Shropshire Council on Shropshire Council's budget for 2010/11.
The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.

11. To note that the Council's draft Community Strategy has been published and that residents are invited to comment on the proposals. A copy of the press release giving further details is attached.
