6. Partners and Communities Together (PACT).
To receive any feedback from recent PACT meetings and updates from the local Policing Team. (5 minutes)

7. Rural Challenge Bid: to receive a presentation from Albrighton Traders Association. (20 minutes including questions)

8. To receive a presentation from Steve Brown from Environmental Maintenance at Shropshire Council regarding ‘Love Clean Street Project’ and ‘The Outsourcing of the Streetscene Service’. (20 minutes including questions)

9. Urgent and Time Sensitive Matters
The attached report was approved by Shropshire Council at their meeting on 23 June 2011, when it was agreed to give Community Action Officers delegated authority, in consultation with the Local Joint Committee Chair (or Vice-Chair in their absence), to determine urgent and time sensitive matters and that the Local Joint Committee Constitution be amended with immediate effect.This was considered at the LJC planning meeting held on 19th October where it was agreed to add a local intervention and the following recommendation was agreed:"That the delegated authority in relation to the Community Action Officer, be only approved following communication between the Chairman and Members and once a consensus of opinion has been reached on a time sensitive or urgent matter."

10. Update on Grant Awards made to the Albrighton Area 2011/12.
Attached for information only is a summary document which shows the successful funding awards which have been granted locally and also some where bids are being worked on and decisions are pending.
