4.  Police Report
To receive a verbal update by Police representatives on activities within the LJC area.(Note: Police representatives will be in attendance, 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting, to respond to any matters raised individually with them.)
5.  Budget 2009/2010 Decision Report
To consider a report by the Committee's Lead Officer, Claire Porter, on the applications received for grant aid and the recommendations therein, marked 5.Contact Claire Porter 01743 252763

6.  Broadband Coverage In Rural Areas
To receive a presentation from Ian Binks, Partnership Director, British Telecom, following which, there will be a question and answer session, round table discussion and feedback.
7.  Shropshire Council Consultations
The Shropshire Partnership's new Consultation Portal summarises all the consultation activities that Shropshire Council and their partners are involved in. The Portal is intended for members of the public, community groups, town/parish councils and Local Joint Committees, as well as those planning to undertake activities in public sector organisations.It can be viewed at: www.shropshirepartnership.org.uk, where the link to the Consultation Portal is on the left hand menu. Current and planning consultations or completed consultations can be selected by clicking the tabs on the page. The Consultation Portal can also be accessed by clicking on the "Have Your Say" link on the homepage of Shropshire Council's website shropshire.gov.uk.Current consultations include the following:(a) Shropshire Parish Charter - The aim is to agree a charter (framework for working together) between Shropshire Council and the town and parish councils. The deadline for the end of the consultation is 31st March 2010.
(b) Core Strategy - The Final Plan Version of the Shropshire Core Strategy sets out the Strategic Planning Policy for Shropshire. The deadline for the end of the consultation is 29th March 2010.

To receive any public questions from the floor.
9.  Local Joint Committee - Evaluation Forms
An evaluation of Local Joint Committees at the end of the first year of operation is being undertaken. A round table discussion and feedback will take place on this item.All present will be invited to complete a form to let us know what you think about your Local Joint Committee in Bishop's Castle, Chirbury & Worthen and Clun.
Copies may be completed and handed in at the end of the meeting.

To identify potential agenda items for discussion at future meetings.
