1. Welcome and Apologies for Absence/ Substitutions
Under the constitution parish/town council substitutes are allowed at meetings provided the represented body informs the Chair and Secretary three days prior to a meeting. Notice of any substitutions should be received by 30 June 2010.

4. The Haycop Project
Adrian Miles to give an introduction on the work carried out by the Haycop Conservation Group in restoring the area as a haven for wildlife.
