The Chairman of the Local Joint Committee must be a Shropshire Councillor.

3.  Appointment of Vice Chairman
Any member is eligible to be appointed Vice Chairman of the Local Joint Committee.
4.  Declarations of Interest
A guidance note on declaring personal and prejudicial interests will be available at the meeting.
5.  Purpose of Local Joint Committees
To receive a presentation from Steve Price, Lead Officer.
6.  Budget Allocation and Funding Guidelines
To receive a report from Steve Price, Lead Officer on how the annual budget is to be used locally in order to meet the local priorities.To receive a presentation from Dr Chris Diamond from Cleobury Country.
