6. Appointment of Co-Opted Members
To consider the appointment of co-opted members to the Cleobury and Rural Local Joint Committee.
7. Community Safety
An update on community safety concerns.(To note: Local Police will be in attendance 30 minutes prior to the meeting providing an opportunity for members of the public to raise any local policing or community safety concerns.
8. Unadopted Roads
Andy Savage, Team Leader, Highways Development Control, Shropshire Council will be in attendance to discuss problems associated with unadopted roads, ie re-surfacing, flooding.
9. Vehicle Activated Signs
In order to progress the funding application, all Members are requested to bring with them to the meeting a list of preferred sites for a Vehicle Activated Sign in their respective parish.
10. Public Question Time
An opportunity for those present to raise questions / issues.

To consider the report of the Lead Officer on applications received.
