4.  Community Safety
An update on community safety concerns.(To note: Local Police will be in attendance 30 minutes prior to the meeting providing an opportunity for members of the public to raise any local policing or community safety concerns.

5.  Tourism and the Local Economy
Louise Cross, Team Leader, Economic and Development will be in attendance to discuss economic regeneration and tourism in the local area.

6.  Rural Broadband Provision
To receive a presentation from Mr Martin Holloway, BT, on the provision of Broadband in the local area.

7.  Shropshire Council Budget Consultation
Councillor Gwilym Buter (Cabinet Member), Mike Hyatt (Assistant Chief Executive Performance and Partnerships), and Cheryl Williams (Finance Manager) will be in attendance to brief members on the Council's budget and consultation process for 2010/2011 and beyond.

8.  Vehicle Activated Signs
For Members to consider granting £250 to all parishes within the remit of this Local Joint Committee and to be used in this financial year 2010/11, for the funding of speed reduction measures in their respective areas, eg Vehicle Activated Signs.

9.  Update on Cleobury Mortimer Toilets
To receive an update on Cleobury Mortimer Toilets.
