7.  Shropshire Core Strategy
Shropshire Council is inviting comments on a new planning policy document that will help shape the development of Shropshire over the next 20 years.The Council's 'Core Strategy' will set out a clear, long-term vision for the future pattern of development across Shropshire and will be used to guide decisions on planning applications.Responses to the consultation will help shape the final development strategy for Shropshire over the period to 2026.

8.  ShropshireLink Review
Shropshire Council is currently undertaking consultation on the ShropshireLink service.ShropshireLink is a key element of the Council's Rural Transport Strategy. It provides a flexible, demand responsive local bus service that is available on a pre-booked basis to all rural residents in the county.The Council is seeking feedback, opinions and suggestions from the Ellesmere area on:- the areas ('zones') of operation - the days of the week, and times within those days that ShropshireLink is available within your area - whether the service is giving residents in your area access to the appropriate local market town for their needs - the design and style of ShropshireLink vehicle - the booking line service - the driving staff.This list is not exhaustive and we would also welcome further comment from you on any other aspect of ShropshireLink that you would like to raise.
