11. Community Action Update
To receive an update from Julie Ruler, Community Action Officer.
12. Amendment to LJC Constitution
The attached report (marked 12) was approved by Shropshire Council at their meeting on 23 June 2011, when it was agreed to give Community Action Officers delegated authority, in consultation with the Local Joint Committee Chair (or Vice-Chair in their absence), to determine urgent and time sensitive matters and that the Local Joint Committee Constitution be amended with immediate effect. This Local Joint Committee must decide whether they wish such a role to be exercised and if so whether they wish to place any local restrictions on their powers of delegation.

To note that the next meeting will be held on Tuesday 14th February 2012 at 7.00pm at the All Saints Church Hall, Gobowen.
