To consider and agree dates for the meetings of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee 2010/2011. The suggested dates are detailed, as attached.

5. Date/venue of next meeting.
To consider the suggested change to the date of the next meeting from Thursday 3 December to Thursday 26 November 2009 and to consider the preferred venue for that meeting.
