1. Welcome and apologies
To welcome those in attendance and to receive any apologies.
2. Declarations of Interest.
A Guidance Note on declaring personal and prejudicial interests is attached to the agenda.
3. Notes.
To consider the Notes of the meetings of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee held on 16 September and 28 October 2009 and to report back on any identified action.

4. Shropshire Council Budget 2010/2011
A presentation will be made on Shropshire Council's budget 2010/2011. Following the presentation there will be a 15 minute question and answer session for all in attendance at the meeting.
5. Village speed limits
Shropshire Council's Road Safety Principal Engineer, Alice Dilly, will update the Committee on issues relating to village speed limits and possible methods of speed reduction.
6. Local Crime Statistics
The local Police Inspector, Inspector Ken Mackaill [or his representative] will update the Committee on local crime statistics and any other policing issues that may be of interest to the Committee.

7. Budget 2009/10 decision report
The Committee will consider the Lead Officer's report relating to applications received by the Local Joint Committee for Community Chest funding.
8. Notes of meetings of the Ludlow and Clee Area Action Plan Steering Group
To consider the notes of the meetings of the Ludlow and Clee Area Action Plan Steering Group held on 25 August and 15 October 2009 with specific reference to the Group's consideration of the Skillbuilders funding application considered at the meeting on 15 October 2009.
9. Future agenda items and questions from the public.
Members of the public are invited to raise any issues of concern and to highlight any matters for the Committee to consider at its future meetings.

To note that the next meeting of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee will be held at 7.00pm on Tuesday 2 March 2010 in The Harley Centre, Ludlow College, Ludlow.
