2. Declarations of Interest

3. Notes of the last meeting held on 26 November 2009.
To consider the Notes of the last meeting of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee held on 26 November 2009 and to report back on any identified action.
4. Ludlow Health Care Facilities for the 21st Century
Representatives from the Primary Care Trust [PCT] and both Doctors' surgeries [Station Drive and Portcullis] will provide information on the major changes in healthcare provision proposed for the residents of Ludlow and south Shropshire. This will include the opportunity for a question and answer session.
5. Budget 2009/10 decision report
The Committee will consider the Lead Officer's report relating to applications received by the Local Joint Committee for Community Chest funding.
6. Shropshire Charter
To note the information relating to the Shropshire Charter consultation proces and to note the deadline for the receipt of representations as 31 March 2010.
7. Future agenda items and questions from the public.
Members of the public are invited to raise any issues of concern and to highlight any matters that they may like to see the Committee consider at one of its future meetings.
8. Date/Time of next meeting.
To note that the next meeting of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee will be held at 7.00pm on Tuesday 25 May 2010 in The Windsor Conference Centre, The Ludlow Food Centre, Bromfield, Ludlow SY8 2JR.
