3. Notes of the last meeting held on 26 October 2010
To consider the Notes of the last meeting of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee held on 26 October 2010.

4. Report from Police and Communities Together [PACT]
To receive any feedback from the local PACT meetings and/or a report from the local Policing team.
5. Shropshire Council's Budget
The Lead Officer will convey the main messages relating to Shropshire Council’s current budget situation and the impact on the Local Joint Committee.
6. Community Chest Funding Applications 2010/11
Applications for financial assistance will be considered. This is the final allocation of funding in the current financial year 2010/11.

7. Annual Review
The Community Regeneration Officer will provide an overview of the work of the LJC and the local projects that have been supported in the Ludlow and Clee area over recent months.
8. For information - current consultations
To note the information available at the meeting relating to details of ongoing consultations being undertaken by Shropshire Council including Shropshire Council’s consultation on the Bus Strategy 2011-2016 and the future of hospital services in Shropshire, Telford and the Wrekin.
9. Public Question Time
This is an opportunity for members of the public to raise any issues of concern and to highlight any matters that they may like the Committee to consider now or at one of its future meetings.

The next meeting of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee will be held at 7.00pm on Thursday 23 June 2011 at Oscars, Ludlow Assembly Rooms, 1 Mill Street, Ludlow SY8 1AZ
