1. Election of Chairman
The Chairman of the Local Joint Committee must be a Shropshire Councillor.

2. Welcome and apologies
To welcome those in attendance and to receive any apologies for absence.

3. Appointment of Vice Chairman
Any Member is eligible to be appointed Vice Chairman of the Local Joint Committee.

4. Declarations of Interest.
A Guidance Note on declaring personal and prejudicial interests will be available at the meeting.

5. Notes of the last two meetings held on 22 February and 30 March 2011.
To consider the Notes of the last two meetings of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee held on 22 February and 30 March 2011.

6. Report from Police and Communities Together [PACT]
To receive any feedback from the local PACT meetings and/or a report from the local Policing team.

7. Shropshire Council's Area Director for the south of the county.
The new Area Director for the south of the county, Mr Chris Edwards, will introduce himself and explain his role in the area and his plans for the future. He will also provide an update on issues relating to Ludford Bridge and Harp Lane,Ludlow.

8. Market Towns Revitalisation Programme
The Community Action Officer will provide an update on the progress of local projects that have been considered for funding under this scheme.

9. Community Action Update
The Community Action Officer will provide an update on her work and the local projects that are being supported in the Ludlow and Clee area.

10. 2011/12 Finance Report, including update on funding requests
Applications for financial assistance will be considered. This is the first allocation of funding in the current financial year 2011/12.

11. Shropshire Charter
An update will be provided on the progress being made in developing a new Shropshire Charter.

12. Public Question Time
This is an opportunity for members of the public to raise any issues of concern and to highlight any matters that they may like the Committee to consider now or at one of its future meetings.

13. Date/Time of next meeting
The next meeting of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee will be held at 7.00pm on Thursday 20 October 2011 at Richards Castle village hall, Richards Castle, Shropshire.The closing date for funding applications to be considered at the October meeting will be Monday 12 September 2011.
