4. Report from Police and Communities Together [PACT]
To receive any feedback from the local PACT meetings and/or a report from the local Policing team.(5 mins)
5. Update on the development of the new Ludlow hospital
Mr Stuart Rees, Director of Finance, Contracting and Performance, Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust, will provide an update on the development of the new Ludlow hospital and answer any questions raised.(up to 30 mins, including questions)
6. Broad Band project for Shropshire
Alison Brock from Shropshire Council's I.T. Team will provide information on the programme to roll out Broad Band to the residents of Shropshire. (up to 15 mins, including questions)
7. British Red Cross First Aid and Volunteering Opportunities
Lindsey Herd from the British Red Cross will provide information on first aid and volunteering opportunities and give an overview of its work in the country.(up to 15 mins, including questions)
8. Market Towns Revitalisation Programme
An update on the progress of local projects that have been considered for funding under this scheme is attached for information

9. 2011/12 Finance Report, including update on funding requests
Applications for financial assistance will be considered. This is the second allocation of funding in the current financial year 2011/12. (up to 30 mins)

10. Community Action Update
The Community Action Officer will provide a brief update on her work and the local projects that are being supported in the Ludlow and Clee area. (5 mins max)

This is an opportunity for members of the public to raise any issues of concern and to highlight any matters that they may like the Committee to consider now or at one of its future meetings. (up to 20 mins)
12. Date/Time of next meeting
The next meeting of the Ludlow & Clee Area Local Joint Committee will be held at 7.00pm on Thursday 1 March 2012 at the Rockspring Centre, Ludlow. The closing date for this final round of funding applications for 2011/12 will be 23 January 2012
