1. Welcome and Apologies
To welcome those in attendance and to receive any apologies for absence.
2. Disclosable Pecuniary Interests
Members are reminded that they must not participate in the discussion or voting on any matter in which they have a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest and should leave the room prior to the commencement of the debate.
3. Notes of the meeting held on 21 June 2012.

4. Report from the local Police
To receive a report from the local Policing team – to include information on the forthcoming Police and Crime Commissioners [PCC] elections and any anticipated impact on local policing.(up to 10 mins)
5. Police and Crime Commissioners [PCC] Elections Update
To note the information relating to the forthcoming PCC elections to be held on Thursday 15 November 2012.
Note: There will be a public meeting [open to all] at 7.00pm on Thursday 1 November 2012 at Ludlow College when there will be a chance to find out more about the Police Commissioners and meet the three West Mercia area candidates.

6. South Shropshire Housing - Any Questions?
Representative/s from South Shropshire Housing Association will provide information on any particular issues within the town and will try and answer your queries. Anyone who does not receive an answer on the night will receive a written response following the meeting. (up to 10 mins)
7. Healthy Friendships
There will be a presentation from ‘Healthy Friendships’ that will provide information on the benefits that resulted from the funding granted by the Local Joint Committee. (up to 10 mins)
8. Parish/Town Councils’ Update
Parish and Town Council representatives within the area covered by the LJC will have the opportunity to provide an update on their local issues [Ashford Carbonel, Bitterley, Caynham, Ludford, Ludlow and Richards Castle] (up to 30 mins)
9. 2012/13 Finance Report, including update on funding requests
Applications for financial assistance will be considered. This is the second allocation of funding in the current financial year 2012/13. (up to 30 mins)

10. Market Towns Revitalisation Programme and Community Action Update
An update will be given on the progress of local projects that have been considered for funding under the Market Towns Revitalisation Programme and the Community Action Officer will provide a brief update on her work and the local projects that are being supported in the Ludlow and Clee area.(up to 5 mins)
11. For information - Current Consultations
To note any information available at the meeting relating to details of ongoing consultations being undertaken by Shropshire Council

The Chairman will provide an update following Shropshire Council’s Cabinet meeting held on 17 October 2012.
