7. Budget Consultation
To receive a presentation from the Leader of the Council, Councillor Keith Barrow on Shropshire Council's budget proposals for 2010/11.

To receive a presentation on Affordable Housing from Dave Parker, Project Manager (Implementation) and Helen Pugh, Housing Enabling & Development Officer. The Portfolio Holder for Housing, Councillor Malcolm Price will also be in attendance.

To receive a presentation from Joy Blizzard, Waste Initiatives Officer.
