5. Budget Consultation
To seek local people's views on proposals for Shropshire Council's 2010/2011 budget
Keith Barrow, Lead of Shropshire Council and Steph Jackson, Head of Finance will be in attendance
6. Community Chest
To consider recommendations for decisons on eight Community Chest grant applications
To provide a progress report on projects awarded funding at the meeting on 29 September 2009
To agree to 'top up' the Community Chest and to invite applications for sums over £500 that fit priority issues

7. Local Joint Committee Priorities
The 'post it' activity at the last meeting produced a good reflection of the priorities of those present. LJC Members have rationalised these on the basis of Priority 1 (important) and Priority 2 (significant)

8. Flytipping, Vandalism, Graffiti
Tim Sneddon, Head of Environmental Maintenance, Shropshire Council and Kate Adams, Streetscene Manager South, Shropshire Council will address recently expressed concerns

10. Report from PACT (Partners and Communities Together)
A brief report will be made on the December PACT meeting
