To consider recommendations for decisons on eight Community Chest grant applicationsTo provide a progress report on projects awarded funding at the meeting on 29 September 2009 To agree to 'top up' the Community Chest and to invite applications for sums over £500 that fit priority issuesTo consider a suggestion from Councillor Peter Relph for an LJC Community Pride AwardA report is attached marked: 6

7. Local Joint Committee Priorities
The 'post it' activity at the last meeting produced a good reflection of the priorities of those present. LJC Members have rationalised these on the basis of Priority 1 (important) and Priority 2 (significant)A report is attached marked: 7

8. Flytipping, Vandalism, Graffiti
Tim Sneddon, Head of Environmental Maintenance, Shropshire Council and Kate Adams, Streetscene Manager South, Shropshire Council will address recently expressed concerns

A brief report will be made on the December PACT meeting
