4. Shropshire Council's Budget Consultation
Shropshire Councillor Mrs Cecilia Motley, the Assistant Chief Executive, Claire Porter and the Head of Finance - Treasury and Pensions, Graham Chidlow will be making a presentation about the key messages relating to the Council'r Revenue Budget 2010/11 and future years. Copies of the presentation slides and the Key Messages will be tabled at the meeting.
The results of Shropshire Council's Budget Consultation are attached for information, marked 4.

5. Tourism presentations and discussion
Presentation on Acton Scott Farm Museum
Mr Michael Turner, Acton Scott Farm Museum Visitor Services Manager, will make a presentation on the relationship between Acton Scott Farm Museum and other 'honeypot' attractions in the Church Stretton area [shops, B & Bs, hotels, pubs, tea rooms, restaurants, service providers, general public.
Presentation on tourism in the Church Stretton area
Mr Alan Garner, Church Stretton Area Partnership Tourism Group, will provide an overview of organisations and groupings working to promote the Church Stretton area and beyond.
There will be opportunities for general discussion and questions/answers.
6. Update on Issues raised at the last meeting
To consider the Issues Log of ongoing concerns raised at meetings of the LJC and to note any other issues raised at this meeting.

7. Community Chest Funding Applications
To consider the applications for Community Chest and larger grant funding.

A question sheet is available at this meeting for members of the public to raise any issues of concern and to highlight any matters that they may like the Committee to consider now or at one of its future meetings. Anyone who wishes to raise any items is encouraged to complete a question sheet.
