5. Health and Social Care in Church Stretton
Nicola McPherson and Bob Welch from the Church Stretton Health and Social Care Partnership will outline three new proposed initiativesA Frail and Vulnerable Service
A Compassionate Communities Service
An Emergency Support ServiceThis will be followed by an open discussion about local needs and how Shropshire Council, the Primary Care Trust and local voluntary sector providers can work together to improve health and social care services in Church Stretton.
6. Market Towns Revitalisation Programme
To receive an update on Shropshire Council's Market Towns Revitalisation Programme and to share any views on priorities for investment.
7. Community Chest Funding Applications

8. Young People's Priorities
The Community Regeneration Officer will update the Committee on issues relating to young people's priorities following the discussion at the LJC meeting on 10 May 2010.
