A Guidance Note on declaring personal and prejudicial interests will be available at the meeting.
3. PACT - Police and Communities Together
The local Community Police Officer will provide information and answer questions on any local issues/matters of interest.
4. Notes of the last meeting held on 6 October 2010.

5. Update on matters from the last meeting [6 October 2010]
Information on Shropshire Council’s Market Towns Revitalisation Programme
An update on the Church Stretton High Street traffic management scheme
6. Shropshire Council's Budget update
The Lead Officer will present the key messages relating to the Council's Revenue Budget 2011/12 and future years.
7. Shropshire Olympian Festival
Information will be provided on this cultural event taking place from 17th - 19th June 2011 in the Quarry, Shrewsbury and the opportunities for those in the StrettonDale area to take part.
8. Annual Review
The Community Regeneration Officer will provide an overview of the work of the LJC and the local projects that have been supported in the StrettonDale area over the last twelve months.
9. Community Chest Funding Applications
Applications for financial assistance will be considered. This is the final allocation of funding in the current financial year 2010/11.

10. Bus Strategy for Shropshire 2011 - 2016 - Consultation
Shropshire Council is consulting with people across Shropshire about proposed changes to local bus services. These changes are laid out in the Bus Strategy for Shropshire Council 2011 - 2016.

This is an opportunity for members of the public to raise any issues of concern and to highlight any matters that they may like the Committee to consider now or at one of its future meetings.
