2. Election of Chairman for the Meeting
As both the Chair and Vic-Chair are unable to attend a Chairman for the meeting will have to be elected by the Local Joint Committee.

5. Shropshire Council Budget Consultation 2010/11
A presentation will be made by Laura Rowley, Director of Resources, accompanied by Cllr Celia Motley.
6. PACT Meeting (Partners and Communities Together)
The Local Policing Team will introduce this item.
7. Broadband Coverage in Rural Areas
A presentation will be made by Ian Binks, Regional Manager, British Telecom.
8. Funding Requests
This report lists the funding applications that have been agreed so far by the LJC, submits 7 new applications for consideration and 9 youth funding applications.
