1. Election of Chairman
To elect a Chairman for the ensuing year.
2. Apologies
Apologies have been receieved from Mrs Jean Betteridge (Ightfield Parish Council) due to a prior committment. Substitute member Mrs Sheila Cummings will attend in her place.
3. Appointment of Vice-Chairman
To appoint a Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year.
4. Declarations of Interest
The guidance note on declaring personal and prejudicial interests will be available at the meeting.
5. Notes
The note of the meeting held on 9 February 2011 is attached for confirmation and signature by the Chairman. The Action Sheet is also attached for information.

6. PACT Meeting including Neighbourhood Watch
The Local Police Team will present this agenda item.
7. Feedback from 2010 Grant Funding Recipients
Presentations and updates will be given by various groups and organisations.
8. Draft Bus Strategy for Shropshire 2011-2016 Consultation Response
Peter Gilbert will be present and a report by Jon Hayes is attached.

9. Cars and Speeding in Tilstock Village
A verbal update will be made by Gerald Dakin
10. 2011/12 LJC Budget Report and Funding Requests for Consideration
Chris Smith of North Shropshire Grasstrack Car Club Ltd., will speak to the funding application (B).
Pam Parish of Shropshire Libraries will speak to funding application (E).
