4. PACT meeting including Neighbourhood Watch
To receive any feedback from the local PACT meeting and/or a brief report from the Local Police Team, who will present this agenda item.
5. Localism Bill
George Candler, Area Director North, will give a brief overview on the Localism Bill and Shropshire Council.

6. Countywide Broadband Project
Alison Brock, ICT Client Support Manager, will give a brief presentation on the programme to roll out broadband to the residents of Shropshire.

7. Market Towns Revitalisation Project
An update will be given by Councillor Peggy Mullock on the progress of local projects that have been considered for funding under this scheme.

A presentation will be made by Ann Johnson of the Sports Development Team.

12. Date of Next Meeting
An informal Community Meeting will be held on Thursday 26 January 2012 at 7.00 pm at Prees Village Hall.The next formal Local Joint Committee meeting will be held on Thursday 8 March 2012 at 7.00 pm at Whitchurch Civic Hall, High Street, Whitchurch.
