5. PACT meeting including Neighbourhood Watch and Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service
The Local Police Team will lead on this, with contributions from other representatives if available.
6. Planting on the Roundabouts
Ian Walshaw, Manager of Highways (North), Shropshire Council, will attend to update the meeting on the planting of wildflowers on the roundabouts.
7. Site Allocations and Management of Development (SAMDev)
An update on SAMDev will be given by Eddie West, Senior Planning Policy Officer, Shropshire Council.
8. Town and Parish Council Update
Town and Parish Councillors will give a verbal upate on their Council activity.
9. 2013/14 Funding Requests for Consideration
Report by Nicki Young, Community Action Officer, is attached for consideration.

You are reminded that if you do not want to ask a Question at the meeting itself, there are forms on the tables that can be completed and handed in at the conclusion of the meeting.

The next Whitchurch and Prees LJC meeting will be held on Thursday 27 February 2014 in the Tilstock Village Hall.
