RESOLVED:

i)             That the key underlying and emerging issues in the report and appendices be considered; and

ii)            That any performance areas for consideration in greater detail be identified or referred to the appropriate Scrutiny Committee.

The Portfolio Holder for Performance presented a report by the Performance Manager – copy attached to the signed minutes – on the Council’s performance against its outcomes for the first quarter of 2015/16. In the ensuing discussion, the Portfolio Holder answered questions about staff structure, pressures on adult social care and the health sector.
