We're getting reports of customers receiving emails with the subject ‘You have a new message from gov.uk’ referring to a £385 council tax refund from the last five years that was due to people on low incomes, with a link within the email to start making a claim for the refund. One example came from the email address ‘leopoldhoue@hotmail.com’
