Shropshire Archives is now OPEN, but opening hours and available services are initially be reduced.

To visit, you'll need to book an appointment and order documents one week in advance. This is to help us keep everything safe for you, our staff and volunteers.

Access to microfiche and microfilm readers and to public computers won't be available during this first period of reopening.

What to expect when Shropshire Archives reopens

There will be limited spaces available in the archives searchroom, and the reading room will not be open. We'll ask you to comply with social distancing and hygiene requirements, including providing information as part of the NHS Track and Trace service.
