The service for older people supports those with early-onset dementia and/or physical disabilities, or those wishing for social interaction and engagement.

Our services have been running in Ludlow for over 25 years. Personal care and support is provided by qualified and experienced staff. We provide a flexible approach to both the person we support and their carer and family needs. Carers can take a well-earned break, knowing that their partner, family member or friend is being well looked after.

Day service rates 2023/2024

• Full day (9am-4pm) - £63.35
• Half-day session - £31.70
• Sessional rate (two hours) - £17.15
• Hot meal and pudding - £3.50

Transport

We have the limited availability of a wheelchair-accessible vehicle but will try to help where possible.

• Five-mile radius (up to ten miles per day) - £5.60
• Ten-mile radius (up to 20 miles per day) - £8.40
