This is a link for Shropshire Council Adult Social Care staff to help them support people with direct payments. It details the process that they as workers need to follow, and includes referral forms (eg payroll and finance) that they need to use, and social worker/practitioners training links, including how to add direct payments onto our database. 

This is not information that direct payments users need to see, but we wanted to be open about what this information is and why it isn't available to you.
