Sensory impairment
The Sensory Impairment Team supports people who are hearing and/or vision impaired.
Our duty officer is usually available between 8:45am and 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:45am to 4pm on a Friday to advise people who contact us by telephone or email.
We're able to register you:
- Hard of hearing
- Deaf with speech
- Deaf without speech
Or
- Sight impaired (partially sighted)
- Severely sight impaired (blind)
...following receipt of a certificate of vision impairment (CVI) from your consultant ophthalmologist at the hospital.
