Think you have suffered food poisoning?

Food poisoning is an illness caused by eating contaminated food. It's not usually serious and most people get better within a few days without treatment. If you believe you're suffering from it, you should contact your local GP surgery for further advice. The NHS website also offers useful information on diagnosing and treating the symptoms of food poisoning, and the treatment of the symptoms.

You can either use the Food Standards Agency website to make a report concerning a specific premises with regard to food poisoning or report the matter directly to Shropshire Council by filling in the attached form and returning it to food@shropshire.gov.uk
