Pavement licence application

On 22 July 2020, the Business and Planning Act 2020 introduced a nationwide ‘Pavement Licensing‘ scheme. Any business wishing to obtain a pavement licence should review our pavement licence guidelines, which set out the general licence conditions, before submitting their application.

Pavement Licence applications must be submitted via email to licensing@shropshire.gov.uk

How much will it cost?

There is a fee for issuing this document, which is taken when you apply.

  • Public liability insurance for £5m
  • Site notice
