You can ask us to manage your personal budget on your behalf, and still have some control over how the budget is spent by having an active role in creating your support plan.

Once your support plan has been agreed, we'll manage your budget in accordance with your support plan to ensure that you receive the support that you require, that it's provided by your chosen provider and that you receive it as and when was agreed.

All council-managed packages are monitored through a system called CM2000. This system captures the time your carers have spent with you when visiting you each day, and we can monitor this to ensure you're receiving the time and support that you require.
