The Multicultural Development Team (MDT) is part of Telford & Wrekin’s Achievement and Enrichment Service. We work on a traded basis with Shropshire schools and Early Years settings and offer bespoke support to all schools and settings. Covering both Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire, we provide support to schools working with pupils with English as an Additional Language (EAL).  We offer expertise in working with children and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. We also provide advice, guidance, training and support in all issues relating to Equality and Diversity.
