9. Action Taken by Officers if an Allegation of Criminal Activity by a Taxi Driver is Receieved
Following a request made by members of the Licensing and Safety Sub-Committee the Safer and Stronger Communities Service Manager will verbally inform members of action taken and procedures followed by officers if the police or a member of the public report to the Council that a taxi driver has committed or been charged with a criminal offence.
10. A Consultation on delivering the Government’s policies to cut alcohol fuelled crime and anti-social behaviour
The Service Manager – Safer & Stronger Communities for Public Protection & Enforcement will outline the main elements being considered as part of the above consultation and seek direction from members on whether they wish to respond and the mechanism by which to do this.
