To consider the appointment of a Vice-Chairman for the current municipal year.

6. Severnside Housing Association
Mr. Steven Williams, the Senior Generic Housing Officer from Severnside Housing Association will give a presentation and answer questions on their Housing Strategy and Allocations Policy.
7. Shropshire Core Strategy: Consultation on the 'Policy Directions' Document
A representative from Shropshire Council's Planning Policy Service will give a presentation and answer questions on the 'Policy Directions' document which sets out the preferred approach to future development priorities and the proposed distribution of development around the County, as part of the work being undertaken towards the preparation of the Shropshire Core Strategy.

Copies of the Executive Summary and Response Document will be available at the meeting.
